We are looking for a Junior Production Technician with a focus on circuit board production. This assignment is suitable for those who want to work closely with manufacturing and contribute to efficient, structured, and quality-assured production processes. The role is operational and technical, focusing on preparation, work order, and process development in series production. The work takes place on-site at the company's premises, and selection is ongoing, with good opportunities for extension.

In this role, you will primarily work with the preparation of products in preparation tools and in MES systems, where you create and manage operation lists to ensure an optimized work order in manufacturing. You are responsible for managing and further developing manufacturing processes for items in series production, as well as for method and machine development within your production area. The role also includes work with the construction and reconstruction of production lines, inventory and updating of equipment, as well as preventive occupational safety work related to machines and construction. An important part of the assignment is to continuously develop new process knowledge and contribute to the training of employees in production.

• Engineering degree in electronics or a related technical field

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in production, production technology, or similar

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Ability to work structured in technical systems and production-related environments

• Experience in circuit board production or electronics production

• Experience in preparation, MES systems, or working with operation lists

• Interest in process development and production optimization

You are meticulous, analytical, and enjoy working closely with both technology and production. You take responsibility for your tasks, are eager to develop, and find it easy to collaborate with other functions. You are motivated to create structure, improve work methods, and contribute to a stable and efficient manufacturing process.
